The Shot

Hi I am Bobby P. Kaperticus but you can just call me Bob. You are not going to believe what I am about to tell you but just trust me. I can travel through time by standing in the batter's box that the player you want to meet has been in and think really hard about him and about 15 seconds later I am right next to the player but don't be fooled, that can be problematic if he is in the bathroom or in a baseball game because the security will chase you around the field and all that jazz.

“Yes we're at the diner but we do not open for another hour so be there at 12:00” Jack steps on it we got back to the diner in 55 minutes, five minutes to spare. Jack didnt say a word the entire way back and when we got back he just said “Get out.” I did as he said and my mother took me home. The next day the phone rang at about 12:30; “Bobby, hey i found something you might be interested in, right before Babe hit his called shot he practiced here in cooperstown about three miles from your house!” I didnt even say anything more i hung the phone up and ran outside to my bike and i was off. the field used to be a collage practice field for the Cooperstown Badgers but is now just a public fied. Finally I get there and I run to the batter's box, as I think about his called shot my feet start to feel light and i lift off the ground then poof i'm gone. Or am I? i'm still in the same batter's box at the same place i just was. I Look around and out of the corner of my eye I see a 34 Ford pull up to the field.
