Within each scenario I got to witness on our people reaction in the situation and how myself is able to adapt in the scenario. During the home health I got to participate in and try to work with a client who was overwhelmed with everything going on. Us as nurse were there to assess her wound and educate her on her illness and her medication. Then the next scenario was hospice care where the main goal was to make the patient as comfortable as possible and be able what is causing the client any pain.
