When I was younger, I always wanted to play basketball and join karate. My parents gave me the choice to choose one or the other so I joined basketball in 6th grade. I most likely was one of the worst on the team considering it was my first year playing and I did not score many points. I did improve from the first day I joined the team and the last day of that season.
Then I went out for the 7th grade basketball team and made it , but this time it was on a different team at a different school. This basketball season, I improved even better and made even more points and luckily I was not the worst on the team. I also had different coaches with different rules and different expectations.
