Six Flags Great Adventure. Supposedly one of the best theme parks in the whole country. Home to the notorious, speed demon Kingda Ka. But there I was, sitting on the bench doing nothing like a vegetable. I was the only person I knew that hated amusement parks. I had never been to Six Flags, Hersheypark, or any sort of amusement park. It all just seemed so mundane. But all my friends from school loved it so I reluctantly tagged along in the hopes of a good time.

The hot sun scorches my back. Ninety degrees is way too hot for any sort of amusement park in my opinion. This is an absolute waste of time. Roller coasters are so overrated. Hersheypark is fun, but it is not all that great. I wish we could have just gone home after my basketball
