Let’s understand what climate change is before we find a solution. It is a consequence from global warming, the atmosphere is keeping on Earth more heat than we need causing the alteration of the climate pattern in some parts of the world. This occurs when you mix the greenhouse effect with fuels, mostly oils and coal.
I can’t end with all the climates problems …show more content…
Droughts are completely the opposite and they occur mainly in dry places, where the total of rain decreases. The ones caused by climate changing have been happening since the 1970s. The “Creeping Disaster”, as it is also known, affects more than any other disaster.
Almost 40% of Mexico is affected by droughts, the worst ones are located in Chihuahua and Durango. Only during 2012, 15 billion pesos were lost, and 60,000 head of cattle died. This is extreme, and you’ve barely heard all the problem.
How to prevent a drought? Save water, that’s what you need to do. Shower in less time, turn off the water while brushing your teeth or check for leaks, this will help to storage water in times of need and will save you a few bucks. We can’t afford to waste water, when people would kill for it.
The next thing that comes to my mind is, what would I do if I was a climate leader? I would like to say more than what actual leaders are doing because you can’t call yourself a leader if you only stare at the problem, but it isn’t easy. Being a leader is about inspiring people and making them believe in you, this isn’t about a trip to Brazil, it is about doing something for the world. I would make all of this real, I would teach the world what the real deal is here. I would make people leaders, you can’t be a leader unless you help
