Instead of focusing on the negatives we should think about all the positive uses for drones. Students could potentially use drones in classes maybe for photography or a science experiment. Drones are sometimes used to watch for illegal hunting. A British animal rights group uses drones to watch for illegal fox hunting. Drones have also become popular as toys or a hobby for kids. This encourages kids to go outside and do something positive, and take a break from electronics.

It is very questionable if laws and restrictions would control this issue. For example, let’s say a child flies a toy drone over a person’s yard. Is the air force going to shoot it down? Where is the line drawn? Would police be ordered to shoot at drones? These “solutions” would only increase the gun use which is not a realistic solution.
Since it’s been discussed as an increasing problem related to terror acts, the government now wants to limit drone use. It is thought that people will turn drones into IED’s (Improvised Explosive Devices). It’s a possibility, because of this, that drones may be banned or controlled in some way in the future.
Would banning these drones stop these safety and privacy concerns? Fireworks are a similar example in that they are illegal, they invade privacy and safety, but are still easily accessed by young and old people. This type of law only gives out a false sense of security. The truth is that drones are here to stay and we need a reasonable and effective way to deal with
