in the world today The mass majority of the population has cell phones in this new day in age. technology is very modernized and so are cars in current time we have self-driving cars, built-in GPS, and built-in wifi to have these around you on a daily basis. the key part of driving safe is multitasking but the complication of using a cellphone would be a distraction. The two go hand in hand in this world distraction are very common while operating a vehicle. A cell phone would just be another distraction.
