Responsible for health and well-being of whole nursery children, parents and staff. Responsible for learning and teaching in a nursery. Have to meet needs of all children.
JANE DONALDSON
SENIOR EARLY YEARS OFFICER
Lead role in a room,lead staff in new initiatives. Overall management of the room. Making sure that all children needs are met. Working with close partnership with parents and outside agency (Speech therapist, health visitors, occupational therapist)

Responsible to provide caring, stimulating and holistic approach to anty and preschool age children education.

Her role is to encourage and extend each child interest, support them learning and well-being. Participate as a staff team member to record and contribute children progress, also to communicate and support parents, and follow the aim of the counsels policy.
