1. Polly Louis followed the practice of management by objectives (MBO) while setting goals for team members. Discuss the various phases of the MBO process that helped her team achieve its goals.
First, she set a clear objectives that is agreed between her and the company, then she had a meeting with her team to set their goals clearly and agreed on those goals and define each employees' responsibility and individual goals

The feedback that given on regular basis increases the employee's efficiency to achieve their goals it gives them an opportunity to develop themselves and learn any skills required. There will be no time gap between the deficiency and the identification and finding solution and starting to implement it
Fourth, effort recognition is very important and crucial to increase the loyalty of the employees and motivate them to achieve more and more goals and to challenge other situations. In addition, this will increase their problem solving skills and increase their efficiency.
