This paper highlights and puts together some advices and tips that can be of benefit when preparing PowerPoint presentations and can be useful for presentation skills as well. It provides hints and small things to consider to well-plan for any presentation. Whether the presentation is intended to be delivered for patients, peers or community, planning is an essential phase to a successful presentation. The PowerPoint and presentation skills discussed in this paper is for professionals who have no or little experience with delivering presentations. The paper will highlight, firstly the outline of the project including the goals, learning results and activities to develop a professional PowerPoint presentation, secondly it will review the training, learning and assessment methods, and finally it will be concluded by evaluating the project.

The total number of attendees and participants were seven. Most of the attendees were nurses who have very limited experience in presenting PowerPoint Presentations, who are relatively newly employed at DDI. The workshop took place on one day; and lasted for around two hours. (App. 1)
