President Obama brought up Climate Change in each State of the Union addresses, but it went bigger than ever, flagging the subject in his opening remarks and laying down a nearly 500-word defense of his efforts to address the issue at the United Nation. The Secretary-General for organizing the summit and all the leaders who are participating, recognition that the threat from Climate Change is serious, it is urgent, and it is growing. Rising sea levels threaten every coastline.
