Police fines, they keep increasing over the years. It might not matter to someone who doesn't drive, but it doses matter to drivers. Every driver not a particular group of drives. You might think not everybody speed or not wairing the seatbelt etc., etc.

The idea of these laws is to make people drive better. Therefore, they are a good decision, well at least at the beginning. People will be scared until the find a soluition. But then it's a wrong decision anyone who finds a way to pass the system like memorize places of cameras fake plates AKA Batmans plate, and other solution will be just crazy on the road. Road rage will typically increase in area with no cameras or police. Ofcourse **WASTAH** is just another subject, where people well be over the system as the law does not apply to

1 Driving a vehicle without driver's license.
2 Driving a car without plates (vehicle will be kept in custody until settlement of a violation).
3 Driving a car without back plate (vehicle will be held in custody until settlement of a violation)
4 Using forged registration plates (vehicle will be taken into custody until removal of a violation).
5 Using hot plates (vehicle will be kept in custody until settlement of a violation).
6 Fixing equipment on the vehicle like those used in official and emergency vehicles (car will be held in custody until the violation is settled).
7 Concealing or trying to hide or blur the distinctive features of the vehicle (vehicle will be kept in custody until the violation is settled).
