Racism is a belief that a certain race is inferior or superior to another based on their color, ethnic background, language and beliefs, etc. Racism is basically being discriminatory or prejudice against another race. However, the main focus of the article implies how multicultural confrontations are likely to be microaggressions. Microaggression is based on unintended or intended racial remarks which is able to make one feel undervalued.
