I have developed good clinical knowledge from clinical placements. During clinical placements my responsibilities as a student nurse included regular patient observation assist with ADLs, medication and documentation, which required me to regularly apply my prioritising multiple tasks skill in accordance with patients’ need and clinical problem solving skill.
