My strongest strengths is using video and role play with the learners to use ICT, Literacy and Numeracy in all lessons to improve their own skills and understanding. I give encouragement to my learners to be open minded understanding issues affecting their learning, consistent approach in dealing with challenging behaviour by sharing their problems with me. I always evaluate my teaching practices after delivering lectures and also getting feedback from my lecturers so that l can evaluate my performances. I use multi cultural materials and books as a resource for learners learning in preparing and teaching them in the class to challenge discrimination and dealing with issues that might happens to them.
