The next day we went to Salt Lake again where we had the opportunity to go to their little ranch where they had about a hundred and fifty goats and we were able to work with some members of the IRC who take care of these goats in order to help the refugees make money and have an income. They're hoping that within the next year they will have it completely turned over to the refugees! This way the IRC won't have to even be involved any more all anymore. Meaning that it really will be an incredible resource for the refugees and something that they can manage on their own. We had the opportunity of trimming their hooves which was a very unique and interesting opportunity! The members of our team we're very good about it! And it was cool to watch everyone jump in and want to help as much as they could! She took us to a restaurant called Jerusalem, and we have the opportunity to discuss quite a few different things! One of the things that we talked about was interviews. And the best waist interview and that was sort of a recap of last meeting being. But then one of the girls in our group asked about how to be yourself in the workplace. Apparently she had had an experience where she applied for a job but they told her that she was too much of a leader and they wanted a follower as an employee and didn't give her the job. We discuss this for a little while, we talked about the importance of letting yourself grow and whatever job you're in. And I think that it's very important that if the job have something that will hinder that you should considered. She also talked about dealing with people who are very dominant in the workforce and who believe that they should be in charge when you're in charge. She said that you just have to redirect their dominance in an effective and useful
