When I went to the mentoring event, I meet a woman named Jessica. Jessica is a registered dietitian (R.D.) who works for HyVee. As a R.D. at HyVee, she has a number of different responsibilities. Some of her responsibilities include teaching cooking classes, teaching workshops, giving shopping tours of the store, have one on one consulting with customers to improve their diet, and tests such as blood pressure and biometric test.
