Native Americans migrated to west by force which was known as “Trail of Tears” because Native American people were in pain , they had to face abrasive circumstance like hunger, disease exhaustion, and also most of people were died. Moreover there were various methods individual and local, state, and federal governments used to accomplish Indian removal Act.
Seminole, Creek, Cherokee, Choctaw, and Chickasaw were some tribes, which went peacefully along the trail of tears, but others were more determined to stay where they were. The original plan to get rid of the Native Americans was to have them start living an agricultural lifestyle, so they'd become economically independent on trading with white Americans. They would end up trading land that they wouldn't have normally traded because they were so economically dependent on trading. Andrew Jackson made a bill called the Indian Removal Act in 1830 ("History and Text of The Indian Removal Act of 1830." History and Text of The Indian Removal Act of 1830. N.p., n.d. Web. 18
