My original response to how actors and directors use theatrical elements to create a effective interpretation is the same as it is now even after analyzing the play of Romeo and Juliet. If anything I have just learned about different theatrical elements and the role they play in films and plays. Music helps create dramatic interpretations by describing a feeling that cannot always be described using words. Low instrumental music can help describe sadness amongst a character or characters . Suspenseful music can portray a feeling of fear or foreshadow an event that may happen later in a scene.
