I believe that working in a challenging and demanding work environment will suit my ambitious and caring personality. I am ready to embark on this career, and am willing to do anything within my ability and beyond to achieve so. I believe that to be a nurse you have to be dedicated, trusting and reliable. it is important to be able to understand others, and I know that I genuinely want to make a difference to other people. to be able to help a person and their families through difficult times is what I believe to be the most gratifying feat one can achieve, and although not easy, to be able to make a difference, if only to one person, is what I believe is life's greatest achievement. When I was 15 I was apart of the overseas Learning Experience, hosted by the department of Education (2011) Through this experience I was able to go to India for three weeks. There I learnt many things, upon such, culture diversity and leadership skills. During this experiences I learnt the importance of relying on others, and being able to take on roles with confidence.
