A senior high school student is seen walking through the hallways with droopy eyes and a frown depicting a lack of motivation, clear symptoms of senioritis. It is the second semester, a time when majority of students have a job lined up, are accepted into colleges, or are about to enlist into the military. Many are so caught up thinking about what is ahead of them that they completely forget their current situation. This is one of the leading causes of senioritis, daydreaming about the future rather than focusing on the present and the means needed to get to the future.
