Amerman we took a survey that determined if we have testing anxiety. My score was 28, showing I do have testing anxiety but it is within a range that states that the stress level I exhibit is considered healthy. After our questionnaire, we continued our session reviewing test taking strategies with a 5-day test prep plan that helps you organize, review, and prepare. I enjoyed this session more than the last because the topic was relatable, not only to me but many other students. One of the things Mrs. Amerman went over that I usually don’t do is relax before a test. I usually stress, study, and cram. I plan on relaxing more and scheduling my study sessions to not overwhelm myself. Overall, this session was very beneficial, and once again I look forward to receiving more helpful information on our next session Session # 3
