Completing the Seven Healthy Habit assessment showed me habits to improve. The number one bad habit is smoking. Smoking is bad for your health and causes lung cancer. Cigarette smoking causes 87% of lung cancer deaths (https://medlineplus.gov/smoking.html). The quicker you stop smoking the longer you live. My opinion social and occasionally drinking should not be a bad habit. I drink sometime to relax after a long day of work. Sleep is not a problem for me. I get around eight hours of sleep every night. Healthy meals with vegetable help keep the heart pumping. Good nutrition and healthy snacks can keep obesity down. Exercising is always good to stay in shape. Even though I rarely go to the gym another bad habit of mine.
