Star crossed lovers are lovers who are fated not to be together. They might be head over heals in love for each other and it just does not work out no matter what they do.

Romeo and Juliet takes place in the Elizabethan Verona. Romeo Montague is a young man searching for his love so he goes out to find it at the Capulet's party. That is where he meets Juliet Capulet. They have no idea who the other is so they get to know each other and kiss. The nurse intervenes and tells them who the other is. When Romeo hears this, he knows he is in trouble. For their families are sworn enemies, but this news does not stop either of them from loving one another. That is when Romeo gets word he is being banished from Verona. Jake was sent to Pandora to take his brother's place at the research facility. There they study the native Na’vi people and the ecosystem. Neytiri is the Princess of the Omaticaya Clan who is to be the next spiritual leader. When they meet Neytiri has to save Jake from Viperwolves. She knows he is an avatar and not a Na’vi so she wants to kill him but sees a sign from Eywa. Eywa is their god figure. Neytiri takes Jake with her back to Hometree when she will let her mother and father decide what to do with him. They decide that she is to teach him their culture. At first she hates the idea, but they both started to enjoy spending time together and start to love each other. Neytiri is supposed to mate with Tsu’Tey but does not love him the way she loves Jake. Neytiri knows her parents will not allow it and Jake has a mission there. The only reason that Jake was out in the wild was because he got lost. His mission was to get close to the Omaticaya people and drive them away from Hometree. He preyed upon the opportunity to get close to them. Because in less than three months, the “Sky People” were coming to destroy Hometree. They wanted to drive them out to get to the minerals it was on top of. Jake abandons his mission when he falls in love with Neytiri and the Na’vi people. The Sky People would stop at nothing to get what they wanted.
