He always questions the way I try and lead my team, he is the one that no one gets along with, and he also is the one that is constantly doesn’t care what others have to say. For me as a team leader at my workplace it’s hard to deal with someone is negative and has the low influence in the workplace. As a team leader I try and be a democratic leader to my team members. This style has worked for me this far as I’ve been working at the sports complex. I do ask for their input and or feedback. I do thinks it’s important to have their input in case they are not liking how I’m doing things or their members of the group are doing things. My team members express their feeling if they are not liking how things are being done. The advice, feedback, and the input that my team members have gave has made me a better leader and has helped me be the leader that I need to be to my team members. Conflict can be a problem and when working in small group can cause some chaos, but in my case all of my team members do get along. It’s very rare that when in a small group working environment not to have any conflict, but my team member’s know what they have to do and thy get the job
