One of the examples of social engineering attacks is the FBI. A hacker called the help desk and had the following conversation:
“So, I called [the helpdesk] up, told them I was new and I didn’t understand how to get past [the portal],” the hacker told Motherboard. “They asked if I had a token code, I said no, they said that’s fine—just use our one. I clicked on it and I had full access to the computer.””

Baiting is usually seen in peer to peer sharing websites like new movies, tracks or something where you can download the latest movies. When downloading a file there a chances of downloading the malware. Never respond to spam emails which question you about any forums or surveys you were never asked previously.
Watering hole : Watering hole includes loss of data on a huge scale or bulk data, like loss of employees information.
Phishing : Phishing is an attack where sensitive information is lost like username, password, credit card number, social security number etc.

In this attack the hacker gets access by service provider to give access to phone or any linked devices on multiple accounts. As soon as the hacker gains access over the users account he takes everything from the users cryptocurrency wallet. Apart from access to wallet the hackers are also trying to infect the cryptocurrency mining.
