There were many problems with the articles of confederation. A major problem with the articles of confederation was there was no executive branch to admission decisions. This was a problem because there was no final authority to make decisions. They also lacked a court system. This may have been a problem because they wouldn’t be able to handle a lot of the law breaking problems. There was also many strengths to the articles of confederation. One of these strengths was it was the first written agreement and first constitution of the USA. This was a strength because it lead to many more agreements and other documents that helped shape america.

The federal power is where the government has most power. State powers is when the states have most power. Within the government there are three branches. The first branch of government is the executive branch. The executive branch is the president or whoever has the final say. The next branch of government is the legislative branch. The legislative branch makes up the laws for the country or area it is working in. Finally the last branch of government is the judicial branch. The judicial branch of government enforces the laws.
