Living in South Africa can be dangerous. South Africa is a society in need of stricter gun control measures, so many people can feel at peace and safe. However, living in such a dangerous country, having a gun to protect yourself can be seen as essential.
The crime rate in South Africa over the past 5 years has increased immensely, not on any petty crimes but on people getting hijacked by gun point. This leads to the lack of education in South Africa which leaves people with a last resort to steal and hijack people. However this can be avoided by educating people to learn right from wrong.

We have anti-gun campaigns in South Africa to educate people about firearms, however it is not outspoken enough and when it is people chose to ignore it because they believe that what they know about firearms is enough. This leads to making south Africa a very dangerous country to live in.
People believe that the purpose of owning a gun is to kill or meme people, which makes it necessary to have stricter gun control measures. However because South Africa is such a dangerous country people find it necessary to own a firearm, to protect themselves from all the dangerous people they live around.
The amount of rape in South Africa has increased rapidly over the last few years and now South Africa is known as the rape capitol of the world.
