Winter and summer driving are very different, one is dangerous and slippery and always have to take precaution while driving, while the other is dry and much safer. In the summer, there is much less rain and snow to make the roadway conditions dangerous. Having dry roadways, cars and drivers respond quicker to any hazards on the road and can avoid it completely. If the road was wet and slippery there would be a higher chance of there being an accident with one or more cars involved.
