Teacher Influences
Before getting into write out 7th grade I did not focused well in my studies and never paid attention in class. As the 6th grade was over, I was beginning to prepare for next year. I was the type of student who did not care much about their studies. I use to study just to pass the exams.
One the very first day of 7th grade. I saw a new teacher name Miss Farah. I really liked her. I felt as if she was the best teacher I had ever, because every time I had question and confusion. She explained it to me in the best way possible. She even told me that I must never be nervous while asking her any question. Therefore I felt comfortable asking questions. I like her way of dressing, talking and behaving. She was really a soft hearted, soft spoken, polite, decent and sophisticated person. For me she was a role model for my life. As she walked into my class I started to change myself into better student. I begin to listen every single instruction that she gave. I was really impressed by her. Nayab and I use to sit together, and as time slowly and gradually passed, we became good friends. Nayab was a hardworking and intelligent student. She also supported me and helped me study harder. Before these two people entered my life I was not confident in myself and could not even read in my class. It was Nayab who encouraged me that I could read aloud with confidence. Then I started thinking that my teachers expects the best from me. I realized that I never paid attention to my studies and started to feel as if I was loosing the respect from my teachers. It was a time to bring change to my life. I needed to be prepared for every single test in class. By mid-year I was almost an average student.
