“PG-13 movies are about the same as R rated movies. Many PG-13 movies have rated R material in them yet teens can still watch them. The building blocks of most R rated movies are just lots of profanity, violence and little to no nudity. Many teens have seen these things at school or even in their homes.” (Unknown) “Why not? Once you get mature enough age begins to be less important. Life begins to be all about levels of maturity.” Contrary to popular belief an 18 year old might be scared of an R rated movie but a 13 year old may be fine.
