In conclusion, the Dust Bowl was a horrible natural disaster. It killed many people and caused others tons of pain and suffering. It is extremely important that we remember the suffering and pain of all of these farmers and their families, and the hardships they endured so we didn’t have to.
This photo supports my thesis statement by showing us that the Dust Bowl caused people to be engulfed in giant clouds of dust. These giant clouds of dust would kill off crops, cattle, and people alike. Over 8000 men, women and children perished due to dust related diseases and being hit by trains while trying to escape westward, and over 400000 escaped to elsewhere to start new
