My personality type is Extraverted Intuitive Feeling Judging, (The Givers). E - 1%, iN - 19%, F - 31%, J - 12%. This personality test revealed a lot about my innermost feelings and how I respond to certain situations. Previously, I had thought that some of my characteristics and mannerisms were specific only to me, now I know they’re widely specific to my personality type. It’s strange to look this deeply into yourself and who you are as a human being, but I think it’s incredibly necessary to help you fully understand yourself, as well as others. I learned a lot about myself that I hadn’t previously realized. I learned that ENFJs are great at independently learning expansive and complex material, I’ve seen this within myself many times especially when dealing with challenging work. The Nurse Aid short term certificate require you to have 4 credit hours. This certificate would aid you in learning how to interact with patients in an empathetic, professional manner. It would also teach you how to interact with other health care employees to implement and carry out excellent patient care, with a safe, healthy work environment. This certificate would greatly improve my skills as a healthcare professional, and help me reach my goals of becoming a nurse. For the second short term certificate I chose Exercise Specialist. This short term certificate teaches you how to create effective exercise programs for clients. It also teaches you how to conduct fitness assessments for your clients, and determine their needs from there. I think this is a great short term certificate for those who wish to be personal trainers, but I personally wouldn’t pursue this due to the fact that isn’t needed for my career
