Olive Garden: Team member, Host- Welcomes and entertains guests in a warm, friendly manner to provide a positive first impression of service. Works with team members in delivering a genuine Italian dining experience, Bartender- Provides fast, friendly and efficient service and suggests menu and beverage items to ensure a genuine Italian dining experience for all guests, Server/sales person- Gives each guest a genuine, personalized Italian dining experience while also providing fast, efficient service, Line cook- Follows standardized recipes when preparing orders. Broils, grills, fries, and/or sautes food while following proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Ensures that all items on an order are completed at the same time, are visually appealing, and delivered hot in the window, preparation/production/back up- Prepares food items necessary to meet daily business needs by thawing, baking, portioning, breading, and preparing produce and proteins. Cooks food to make it great tasting and visually appealing by following standardized recipes. Alley coordinator- Coordinates delivery of attractive, great tasting Italian food at the proper temperature and time to all guests. Checks and garnishes plates from the line and ensures food is correct, cooked properly, and ready to serve, Server assistant/busser- Ensures that the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Works with managers and team members to provide smooth operation of the restaurant, Utility/dish machine operator- Cleans dining items and all restaurant areas to provide a sanitized and visually pleasing restaurant to guests and team members. Performs as a team member to provide a safe and hazard-free work environment. Performs maintenance on equipment to ensure proper performance and minimize repair costs.
