For organisational orientation, the leaders will define vision, mission and strategic while the managers will focus on planning and budgeting. For organisational management approach, the leaders will create the joint values and the organisational culture while the managers will focus on organisational management, human resource management direction and control. For member relationships, the leaders will focus on create the member inspiration and motivation as a coach and facilitator while the managers will focus on rules and formality as role-playing by position (Commandant). Leader is person who understand the emotions of others faster, understand the variety of behaviours arising from the performance of followers, specialisation in conflict management, and the ability to communicate clearly with the followers. The manager will not focus on emotions related to the job, and the mentality of professional practice and the importance of commanding the management plan.
