Net Neutrality dictates the rights of Internet users and allows them to communicate and access data or calls freely over web. The definition of open Internet says that no discrimination should be allowed for Internet users either on the basis of content or application. Just like a phone company does not own a right to direct a person to whom he or she can call and what to talk on phone, the Internet Service Provider (ISP) should also not be given the permission to control the internet access and usage of its users.
