When a student does not obtain enough sleep, they are often dazed and confused. Students would not be able to concentrate on their school work and be unsuccessful throughout the school year. If students are going to school sleep deprived, then this could lead to many problems. According to most sleep experts, students need at least nine hours of sleep. If schools would simply add an extra hour to the school day, students would be able to acquire this amount and have superior mental and physical health in and out of
