Search and seizure has been a communal concern in all throughout society. The controversy is split between public safety and “We the people.” The fourth amendment was put in the United States of America constitution to seize the problem of unreasonable searches and maintain an individual’s privacy. Search and seizure has many regulations and bylaws put into place before law enforcement can look through one’s personal belongings. Like any other rule created, you always have that one rule breaker. If evidence is illegally seized, then that falls under the exclusionary rule.
