Stearns was a popular national accounting firm because of its superior reputation for high quality of its advice and the excellence of its service. Superior computer databases and analysis tools that were highly technical in tax laws they covered and in code they were written was the key to T.A. Stearns reputation. Chapter 2: Methodology
ACA #1: Acceptance of the New Macro.
Advantages – It is more efficient in terms of Cost effectiveness, Time efficiency, Effectiveness, Firm image, and Productivity of the workers.
Disadvantages – The implementation of the new macro is a problem because of its secrecy. It has not been well-oriented to the employees that explain why employee orientation is not that efficient.
ACA #2: Rejection of the New Macro.
Advantages * It is more efficient in terms of Implementation and Employee orientation. The old macros that have been used by the virtual work teams were properly oriented to the employees and their implementation was smooth.
Disadvantages * It is not that efficient in the Cost effectiveness, Time efficiency, Effectiveness, Firm image, and Productivity of the workers compared to the new macro. The old macros are effective too, get works done too in time, have a good rate of productivity and maintain the firm’s image but they are not as efficient as the new macro.
