In “The War on Drugs Now Features Roadside Sexual Assault by Cops,” talks about the traffic cops that did sexual assault by suspecting the marijuana possession. These police stopped the car because of speeding, seatbelt, and other violation. Then, when they smells the pot or marijuana, they did body search. However, the police also checked the vagina and anus area. They also did it in the public area when other people could see it. Because of that, the Texas Department of Public Safety got sued. Therefore, the body search needed the warrant and must be conducted based on medical practice and in the private area.
