Bd. Of Education is the second case I like to discuss because it caught my attention while reading the passage. The case is about how students mocked school principals related to drugs, alcohol, sexual abuse, and other degrading activities. The Second Circuit wants to disciplinary action, unfortunately it was declined due to the Third Circuit. The Third Circuit states that the students are not allowed to get punished because it was off campus. In my opinion this is important because it states how students can just take advantage of staffs and ruin their future without no consequences since it was not on campus. I mean think about it students mocked a Myspace profile of a principal who had a career, but now will not after that action was created. In other words, if the principal wants to apply to another position for sure he or she will not get the job. Basically, his or her career is over due to students creating a profile out of fun. The important point of this is a person should think of the consequence on someone else life long term before doing any actions. The students need to be punished, if not with the school at least with the
