Vitamin & Mineral intake essay
My diet analysis shows that Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D, and E were on record. Also these two Vitamins were in the daily report: Beta-carotene, Folate. The Minerals included Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Selenium, Sodium, and Zinc. We need minerals and vitamins to help keep the body strong and healthy.
