When Blackburn College are recruiting new employees there are several steps that they have in process to ensure a fair and un-bias selection is made.
Firstly, they will advertise the job vacancy. This includes on job sites and in newspapers. The benefit of advertising in newspapers is that it is good for very specific tailored jobs that not everybody can complete. Guidance Booklet and Application Form: An application form comes into the process after a candidate’s CV has been accepted and the employer has decided to forward the candidate to the next stage. This is used for the candidate to inform the employer of their desire to be employed.
