In the Wayne Bertram Williams case, hair from Williams’ dog appeared “consistent” on at least 9 victims, according to Mr. Harold Deadman, an FBI agent. Williams, 23, & also a music producer, was convicted of killing 2 of 29 african american men and women in Atlanta, Georgia. Evidence from fibers and hairs, I believe Wayne Williams is guilty and not mistakenly thrown in prison.
Wayne Williams was guilty! The evidence is all circumstantial, you can’t argue with it. There were fibers found in connection to his bedspread, which was a rare fiber, bedroom, and office carpet, blanket, carpet sweepings, car upholstery and throw rug in Mr. Williams’ house or automobile. All the fibers matched eight teenagers and four adults.
Also, There were hair follicles that were consistent with Mr. Williams’ German Shepherd known as Sheba. Sheba’s hairs were sent to a genetics laboratory, the report said Sheba’s DNA sequence matched the hairs found on the victims. It also said that DNA chain can only be found in 1 out of 100 dogs.

Some theories claiming the Ku Klux Klan was responsible for the killings of the young, black victims and others saying the police pinned the murders on a black man in order to avoid a race war.
