Carbohydrates, protein and fat represent the three macronutrients you need to sustain normal biochemical functions and stay energized for the challenges of daily life.
If you eat the right amount of calories, and the correct proportions of carbs, protein and fat, you’ll not only be healthy, but you’ll curb cravings, feel less hungry and lose excess weight quickly. In This analysis I will look at the everyday consumer while reviewing nutritional components of the fast food restaurant Wendy’s.
In review of Wendy’s menu, I have chosen a healthy meal and an unhealthy meal to compare.
