There are many great mammals that roam the great soil of Illinois, but, two of the most common mammals in Illinois are the white tail deer and the bobcat. Deer, like many other mammals, like to shed so much that it's a yearly thing for them. If you have ever looked at a picture of a white tail deer you see their very large ears which is a look for the white tailed deer. White tail deer get their name from their small white tail. White tail deer are some of the fastest mammals and one of the main reasons for this is their long skinny legs. The main color of white tail deer is brown and a little bit white. Bobcats have both a short and stubby tail. Bob cats are known for being large cats with large paws. Many people may think that bobcats are a lot different from a normal house cat, but they actually share a lot of cumin, like their short body. Though the bob cat has short hair, actually has large hair around it, this hair can also be found around their ears. You can find bobcats in forest, mountains, swamps, deserts and even in neighborhoods.
