Now have in mind that my mother was still in high school when she had her first two children. She had to balance her grades and extracurricular activities along with being there for her kids. Prioritizing was the main key. I don’t know many people who can do the things she did and still manage to hold on. Most teenage parents still in high school tend to drop out, but my mother was motivated to make it. Her kids were her motivation.
Motivation isn’t the word when it comes to my mother. She encourages and influence me do to everything I can to reach my goals. My mom influences me to be just like her. Overcoming any obstacle that come my way and never giving up is the key to success in my house. Those two things got my mom to where she is now; a house, four amazing kids, a successful job, and enjoyment.
I remember one time when I was eight years old; I played with the neighbor in my house. I accidentally broke the flower vase which my mother very liked. When my mother asked who broke it, I was very scared. I did not tell her the truth. I said it
