Abigail Smith Adams was born November 22, 1744 in Weymouth Massachusetts to William Smith, a Congregational Minister, and Elizabeth Quincy, of the Massachusetts Quincy's. She married John Adams on October 25, 1764 and died on October 28, 1818. She died of typhoid fever at the age of 73, just two weeks shy of turning 74.
