People can become heroes. A hero is a person notated for courageous acts or nobility of character. A hero should have loyalty for his country, have compassion for people, and be courageous even in times of trouble (Qualities of a hero, 1). Justinian the first had these qualities. Justinian the first became Justinian the great by having a great life, hosting events that made him famous, and creating rules and laws that are still being used today. People can see that Justinian was a hero by studying his life.
