Everyone seemed different from me including my roommates. I admit I was not good at talking to my peers or finding people who had a common interest but I did not think it would be that hard to find a group of friends. I was not only an outsider but I was alone. The worse part of it all was that nobody understood how I felt. Nobody carried the same burdens and responsibilities as me. The same can be said for my classes. I was a freshman that already had most of his general credits before starting college but at the same time I could not start my required classes for my major due to a low math score.
